What drives you in business?

I love the challenge and excitement of closing a deal. The expression that a sellers shows about realising their plans and conversely the buyers starting a new venture in their lives can be extremely satisfying to know that you have had a part in helping them.

What is special about your business?

Acton Dalkeith & Cottesloe are the market leaders in the area we choose to operate in. This means our clients benefit from a large team of sales people with proven methods used time and time again to get them the best result.

What is a little known fact about your business?

We were the first full time husband and wife team in the western suburbs

David Eyers

Husband and wife team David and Martine Eyers bring extensive experience in sales, marketing, customer service and management systems to real estate. Before joining the real estate industry David worked for 12 years in a senior management role for Coles Myer and then at BankWest, managing three branches, Cottesloe, Nedlands and Claremont. Their love of real estate led to a move into property sales where their backgrounds in finance, management, sales, negotiating and marketing have been extremely beneficial. They regularly feature in the REIWA Top 10 By Value Sold and have been also been responsible for the marketing of several development and off-the-plan projects, including Perry Lakes.
